Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) by Dolores Cannon
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a form of hypnotherapy developed by the late Dolores Cannon.
It combines traditional hypnosis techniques with spiritual and metaphysical concepts to facilitate healing and self-discovery.
During a QHHT session, I guide the client into deep relaxation and hypnosis, allowing them to access their subconscious mind (we call it SC or Higher Self, but you can also call it Over-Soul or Super Conscious). This happens in the deepest state of trance - theta state.
I will then ask the client questions about their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being and encourage them to explore past life experiences, alternate dimensions, or other realms of consciousness that may offer insights into their current challenges and issues.
Past life regression is a part of QHHT, which helps so many people discover their soul's journey and purpose for this lifetime.
We work with the belief that your soul is reborn many times and that life is a school where you learn lessons and gain knowledge in each life you live.
Each time your soul is reborn, it can carry memories or wisdom into other lifetimes.
QHHT session can explain many problems you have, like, for example: why you might have a fear or dislike towards something, why you already know something you have never read about or studied, why you feel connected to a specific place you have never visited or a period from the past; or even when you feel related to someone you've never met or just met.
These things are sometimes called "déjà vu"; and can be linked to past lives.
Here are some tips to help you prepare for a QHHT session:
Set your intentions: Before your session, take some time to think about what you hope to achieve or learn from the experience. Please write down your intentions and bring them with you to the session.
Be well-rested: Try to get a good night's sleep before your session, and avoid caffeine and other stimulants that could interfere with your ability to relax.
Eat a light meal: It's a good idea to have a light meal before your session so you don't feel hungry or distracted during the session. Avoid heavy or greasy foods, as they can make you feel sluggish.
Wear comfortable clothing: Dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that will allow you to relax and breathe deeply.
Please bring a list of questions: state all specific questions or concerns you want to address during the session, write them down, and bring them.
Keep an open mind: QHHT can be a transformative and enlightening experience, but it's essential to approach it with an open mind and a willingness to explore new ideas and perspectives.
Relax and trust the process: Remember that I am here to guide and support you through the session. Let go of any expectations or judgments, and allow yourself to relax and experience the journey entirely.

What is my life purpose?
What is my soul's mission in this lifetime?
Have I known any of the important people in my life before?
What can I do to overcome the challenges I'm facing right now?
Do I need to address any health issues, and how can I heal them?
Am I on the right path in my career, and what can I do to fulfill my potential?
What spiritual practices or activities should I incorporate into my daily life?
How can I strengthen my connection to my higher self and spirit guides?
What have been my past lives, and how have they influenced my current life?
Is there anything I can do to deepen my relationships with the people I care about?
Remember that your subconscious will guide the session, and the most critical questions will naturally arise as you delve into your past lives and explore your current life's purpose. Trust the process and stay open to any insights during your session.
What is the subconscious (Higher Self), and How to Connect with It?

Is the subconcious (Higher Self ) connected to God?
The concept of the Higher Self and its connection to God can vary based on personal beliefs and spiritual traditions. In some belief systems, the Higher Self is an aspect of the divine or a direct connection to God or a higher power. In other practices, the Higher Self may be viewed as a personal aspect of the individual distinct from God.
Regardless of the belief system, the Higher Self is often viewed as a source of wisdom, guidance, and spiritual insight available to us through meditation, hypnosis, or other spiritual practices.
Through accessing the Higher Self, we may gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their spiritual path and may receive guidance and insight that can help them live more fulfilling lives.
Ultimately, whether or not the Higher Self is connected to God is a matter of personal interpretation and belief. Some may see the Higher Self as an aspect of the divine, while others may view it as a unique aspect of the individual's own consciousness.

The session typically lasts 5 - 6 hours and consists of an interview, where I will get to know you and review your questions. We will then follow with the hypnosis part, which is relaxing for the body and the mind.
